Hugo’s Oyster Bar: Roswell's got some serious seafood game, y'all! Hugo’s Cajun-leaning kitchen is on fire, and the etouffee pasta with shrimp and mudbugs is like a spicy symphony in your mouth. Good luck trying to resist it!
