Down in the Valley: Southern Folk Songs

Legendary Banks and Shane join forces with Atlanta's iconic Chorus, The Michael O'Neal Singers for an afternoon of familiar songs and joy.

American folk music is as broad and varied as are the people of America. Down in the Valley: Southern Folk Songs will feature selections that emerged primarily from the Southeastern United States, including such songs as Down in the Valley, Shenandoah, Cripple Creek, Freight Train, Down by the Riverside, and Skip to My Lou. Our very special guest for this concert will be Atlanta’s own Banks & Shane, performing many of their hits from their illustrious career. The audience will even be invited to sing along with many of the songs. This is a concert that will be enjoyed by all ages!
