Giving Tuesday

Roswell is home to many nonprofit organizations working to help our community.

Giving Tuesday is a global movement that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities, and organizations to encourage giving and to celebrate generosity worldwide. Every year since the event was first launched in 2012, millions of people across the globe mobilize on Giving Tuesday to show up, give back, and positively change their communities. Roswell helps local nonprofits through its Nonprofit Partnership Program (NPP). This program helps Roswell-based nonprofits by providing training, networking opportunities, and community updates in City-sponsored forums, seminars, and emails, as well as assistance in finding and submitting much-needed grants. It also acts as a way for residents to connect with these nonprofits, their missions, and to volunteer. To date, there are more than 30 nonprofits in the program. Roswell is home to many nonprofit organizations working to help our community. We encourage our residents to give back to a local nonprofit of their choosing.
