Hands-on Pizza Class
Join Chef Michelle Pellegri of Roswell Baking Company for a fun & informative evening learning to make Neapolitan-style pizza at Roswell General. Guests will learn to make pizza dough from scratch, how to shape and build pizzas, and how to use a pizza peel and bake in an 800F oven.
